with version 9.3 we where able to solve all previous problems with the FTP-proxy (running in "dual" transp.+standard mode) without having to make exceptions for the clients using FTP regularly (image upload for webdesigners).
Now with version 9.4 we again have the problem, that the connections simply time out without any error message in the log or in the ftp client (usually Filezilla). Switching from transparent to standard mode doesn't help. We have to complete exclude this workstations (excluding the receiving servers is impossible, since they change too often) from the FTP proxy to be able to workaround this problem.
Has anyone noticed a similar problem or how could we diagnose it?
Please don't suggest to open a support ticket, since the new 1st-level-supporters are completely clueless regarding the whole UTM product and only suggest to disable more or less all its features.
