Has anybody noticed that if users have 2 connections to the network eg laptop users with wifi enabled and then an ethernet cable plugged in, that you can struggle to authenticate on the UTM with AD & SSO?
The browser seems to go into a loop. It flickers very quickly with the gateway address and authentication as it appears the UTM is getting confused with their username matched against an ip address ie one user per one ip allowed. Is there a work around for this? eg one user can have two ip' at the same time?
I know having 2 connections to a network isn't good and for the most part it doesn't happen as our laptops generallt turn off the wireless if the lan is connected and vice versa. Problem is, we have some laptops that don't do this and users just plug the cable in and don't bother turning the wireless off.
