I have a STAS user authentication problem.

I have a STAS user authentication problem. A user will be in a browser and will have the message pop up to indicate that a page is blocked but it is not. I have the user go to an unsecured site such as msn.com and then back to the previously blocked site and now they can access the site. It seems the user is losing authentication, any ideas as to why I am having this problem?

Hi Jonathan,

Take SSH to UTM with root login and capture packetfilter.log for the user, while accessing the website which gets a blocked prompt.

Post the logs.

I will have to wait for someone to have the issue again, but it is daily so I will post when I have them.

We have looked at the logs before and the username and domain were blank in the log, there would only be " " for those values.
