slow access to some sites after adding web filtering license on ASG320

Question

Dear All, 
 Our costumer is adding their ASG 320 license for web filtering, right now our Customers office can't access to dropbox.com;yahoo.com and some websites (such as TRAVELS sites) normally, the access is too slow or page not loaded. The current firmware is 9.403.4. This Device configuration is on transparent mode. 
 At first it only happened when the web filtering enabled, but now it's happened without web filtering enabled. I have tried to add those sites to transparent skiplist destination, but can't solved that problem. 
 do anyone have solutions for this? Thank you

Hi, 
 Uploading a license file will never result in such glitches. Try changing DNS locally and on UTM.

today we've found the source problem, this is happened because there is another router behind UTM. This router act as a firewall too and it masquerade all traffic to UTM. 
 I guess that cause UTM to detect strange behaviour from a single IP address (that is router's IP address).
