Thank you very much for pointing me in the direction of the information.

Out of curiosity, I am assuming there is are many cases where the re-classification of URLs / Sites are rejected as the process could be open for abuse. In the event of a re-classification being rejected, do you normally provide an explanation as to why.

I usually just go straight to http://www.trustedsource.org/en/feedback/url?action=checksingle, Dave as they maintain the data base that ctasd queries.  It's been a few months since I suggested a change, but most are in place within a day.

Thanks for the reply. Can I just check, that URL you provided seems to be a McAfee owned site and not Sophos. Is there a relation between the databases?
