Pinning down times

Web filtering shows that a particular used downloaded things they shouldn't have. What's the easiest way to pin down what time it happened?

    Hi Steve,

    You can navigate to Logging and Reporting> View log files>Search log file. Define the parameters and you can achieve user wise log for web filtering to pin down downloads. Unfortunately, there is no direct reporting mechanism to monitor downloads with a timestamp. 

    To achieve detailed reporting options, you can have a look on Sophos iView v2 here.
