We've had to put an iPhone in recovery mode and it needs to be updated to the latest iOS. Our issue is the download is going unusually slow, it's a 2GB download and iTunes is estimating 36 hours to download. I'm thinking something on the UTM may be causing the issue. If I was to take a guestimate download would be ~50kb/s. Eventually the download fails with iTunes indicating error 9006.
I can't see anything coming up in the IPS, firewall or web filtering live logs based on the PC's IP.
Nothing has changed on the system, general web browsing is normal. I tried turning of the web filtering component temporarily and restarting the download, but the speed was the same.
Has anyone seen this issue before or can offer some suggestions?
Also, how to I filter a log based on the source IP? I'm not sure of the correct syntax.
