Web Filtering setting changes without my approval

Within a day after I move the lower toggle switch from ON to OFF, and click the lock to prevent further changes, I find that the lower toggle switch has returned to ON.
How can I prevent this unwanted and recurring change?[:@]

    Is this in the Sophos UTM itself, or one of the other Sophos products offering web filtering?

    35 days ago I installed both the free home user Sophos and, out of ignorance, the Sophos Cloud trial. Within a week I had problems using the latter and, I thought, uninstalled it. The application is, indeed, gone.
    The Web Filtering panel is available whenever I open the Sophos Preferences. So, I assume it is a normal part of the free app.
    Do you think my problem is some remnant missed by the Sophos Clous uninstaller?
