Webfiltering inactive?

Hey, since 3 Days we have the Problem, that the Webfiltering is inactive? But its activated... In the Live-Protocol i see this:

In the Board i read that the Problem is maybe the Firmware, i updated it now to 9.312-6. But the Problem is not fixed.. 
Any have some ideas?

    I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. When I turned it off it wasn't even able to turn on anymore. This lasted 2 or 3 days after which I could magically turn it on again and it has worked ever since.
    Only one of 4 managed UTM's had this problem. It wasn't a DNS issue but I don't know what the real issue was.

    yes here also just one of 20 managed UTM.. 
    but i has not the problem that i cant turn it on/off there is no problem..
    but cant find the solution yet, i taste it with the backup in the evening and i hope thats no problem anymore then...
