Webfiltering inactive?

Hey, since 3 Days we have the Problem, that the Webfiltering is inactive? But its activated... In the Live-Protocol i see this:

In the Board i read that the Problem is maybe the Firmware, i updated it now to 9.312-6. But the Problem is not fixed.. 
Any have some ideas?

    Hi, bdavid, and welcome to the User BB!

    Since the Up2Date to 9.312 requires one, I won't suggest a reboot.

    First, try toggling Disable/Enable in Web Filtering, but I don't expect that to resolve the problem.

    Next (and this is what I bet is the problem), compare your configuration to DNS Best Practice.

    Next, try the restore process.  Make a new backup and then restore a backup from before the problem began.  Restore the new backup if that didn't solve the problem.  If it did, then look at the 'Management' page to see what changes were made since the older backup.

    Any luck with any of that?  If not, then it's time to get Astaro Support involved.

    Hey 

    thanks for ur answer i Disable/Enable the Filter but that was not the Solution, the Problem is that the Filter is inactive, but its Enabled... that the most things are blogged now i take it in the Network Protection-> Firewall as Filter... 

    in the next step i try it with the backup this i try in the evening, and i hope that this is the solution. 
    If not i must involved the Astaro Support. Because i need that proxy-protcoll
