Chrome not using UTM Certificate for www.google.com

I have www.google.com set up to decrypt and scan HTTPS traffic.  I've also set Search Engines set to decrypt and scan HTTPS.  

I've installed the certificate and everything works fine in Internet Explorer and Firefox, however, Chrome does not seem to be using the Proxy Certificate for Google.  As a result Google Safe Search cannot be enforced in Chrome as it can in Internet Explorer and Firefox.  

I've confirmed this issue on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and Mac OS X Yosemite.

Is there a way to fix this?

    What is the chance that the traffic is not even going through the UTM?

    Do you have logs/reports that show the UTM is proxying the the traffic?

    If running in standard mode, do you have the proxy specified in Chrome?
    If running in transparent mode, do you have the correct network setup to make sure the UTM is the only way for packets to get to the internet?
