Publish Sophos UTM portal

Hey everyone,

I'm new with Sophos product, I try to pratice in a lab.

I'm trying to use the Sophos UTM user portal to allow my users to connect to servers remotely.

I activated the user portal, in internal network the portal is ok. But I don't arrive to publish the portal through internet.

Can someone has an idea ?

my configuration :
Eth0: External
Eth1: Internal

The assumption here is that you have one or more other routers between the internet and the UTM (lab). If this is the case, you'll need to forward the traffic to the UTM.

Thank you very much.

I looked in my Internet router, in addition to set the server in the DMZ, I have to set Port Forwarding.

This is why I had a problem. My previous router did not required it.

Open the RemoteAccess>SSL>Settings tab

change interface address , remove any and add an interface with the public IP address , click apply , you'll be worned about changing the portal address ...chose ok .
