I recently set up a Sophos UTM Home Edition (version 9.210-20) and am now having problems with my two Chromecasts. Basically, I can start up Netflix and play something, but after some time (anywhere from 20 minutes to two hours) the screen will freeze and act like it's loading the video again but it'll stop at 99% and never go any further. I've only noticed this behavior with Netflix so far, but I've also noticed that when nothing is playing and the Chromecast is just cycling through the screen saver images, it will occasionally say "Connecting..." as if it's lost its network connection and then reconnect a few seconds later. This makes me think it's not just a problem with Netflix.
I'm not an expert at this stuff, so I'm not really sure where to begin. Any suggestions?
