How to block specific user agent

Is it possible to block specific user agent? We have many XP Computers in our Network and every have IE8. Is it possible to block Internet Access for them somehow? I though about User Agent blocking but if someone have better idea then you're welcome [:)]

    I would put all the XP machines in a their own Network, or at least use DHCP reservations to put them into a certain network range, so you can create a Network Definition and apply it to the proxy rules.
