8.202 Http proxy not running - restarted 8 times in a day

Do anybody have a solution for fixing "Http proxy not running - restarted"?  I have 20 to 30 seconds web browsing interruption each time Http proxy service has to restart.  Thank you in advance.

    I would think I would have seen this in one of the log files, but I haven't.  Am I looking in the wrong logfile?

    Not sure if this is related or not but on my home unit (8.202 on ESXi 4.x) I get similar symptoms as described, however like Bob, I can't find any record of the http proxy restarting. This never happened on 8.103 so I'm unsure what's going on.

    What I specifically see is that all of a sudden my internet browsing stops dead in it tracks for upwards of a minute or two. Turned the Web Proxy off and it still happens. Only way for it to come back is to be patient & wait, or like this morning (I was in a hurry) restart the httpd process.

    Both 'ps aux' and 'top' show nothing out of the ordinary, no zombies, not abnormal CPU usage(verified w/ ESXi).

    Just confirmed here a few minutes ago (experienced another lockup) that restarting the httpd process can restore the connection back to full function.

    Can't find anything in the logs to indicate a problem. Top was clear. No segfaults recorded afaik.

    Just wanted to follow up on this entry, for the record. Turns out my problem was caused by the Port Scanner thinking my internal network was a threat and dropping packets whenever a burst of traffic hit it. [:)] That has since been tuned and things are stable again.

    I have the same issue 1-2 times per day on ASG320 v8.202.
    Proxy in AD auth mode

    Am having the same problem happening several times a day at two customers using AD SSO (one with ASG320, one with ASG software on standard server) since they upgraded to v8.202.
    Seems to be a general problem, not happening that infrequently like mentioned in one of the replies.
    Astaro really needs to provide a fix for that soon.
    Will open a support case.
