Hi Martin Herde,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community.
Did you configure web filtering on your firewall in transparent mode?
If yes, try to add the following web exceptions.
Web Protection > Filtering Options > Misc > Skip Transparent Mode Destination Hosts/Network > Click on + sign and select Type as DNS host and add the following URLS:
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?windowsupdate\.com/
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?microsoft\.com/
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?live\.com/
Thanks,

I don't think, these entries would work as dns hosts in that context....
Why not? i'll test it tomorrow.
Hallo Martin and welcome to the UTM Community!
Jörg is right. Harsh copied the wrong set of lines - those are for an Exception in Web Filtering. You should already have one that includes the first two. Don't you?
The only Skip I've used where Harsh recommends is a DNS Group for au.download.windowsupdate.com, and I don't remember now why I used that.
If you still can't get the updates, search the log for "416" and note the relevant FQDNs to add to the Skip list.
Cheers - Bob
