sophos utm web protection

Something similar happens to me, I in the versions of sophos utm

something super weird happened to me
the only way to navigate
was to enable the web protection and enter the lan network segment, or the group of users to use
otherwise it won't let me
even turning off the service. I enable https, dns etc in the firewall rules
