user authentication via browser

I have moved to authentication via browser

All the kids in the Children group (eg. Alexander) can login.

But the parents (eg Heather) in the parents groups all get wrong userid or password.

There does seem to be one difference (see below) but I don't see how this is related to user authentication. I am on 9.509. Thanks!
