Sophos Connect for Windows - clinet downloading issue

Question

Good Morning Sophos Community, 
 i tried several times to download Sophos Connect for windows, using this link: 
 https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/downloads/utm-downloads#SophosConnect 
 
 it transfers me to end user terms of Use, and after i fill in the data, it redirect me to a download page for milliseconds, then it returns back again to the end user terms of use page. 
 i tried on different PCs, and using different browsers , but the issue still the same. 
 my question is: how can i download the clinet?

Hello Mostafa Farahat , Thank you for reaching out to the community, clear the browser cache try accessing the in the incognito mode, change the browser, ensure the browser are up to date if the issue persist, request you to log a service request with the customer care team.

it worked after i used incognito mode, and another email adress domain 
 z.B. @gmail.com
