Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

Are you talking about SSL VPN or IPSec VPN?

If it is SSL VPN, make sure you haven't select ANY as the allowed networks.

If it is IPSec, make sure you didn't set the IPsec remote gateway as ANY.
