you need to import the CA used by SUM. You can download the HTTPS certificate inside Management > WebAdmin Settings > HTTPS Certificate > Download or import.

I tried that and I am still getting the same result.

Then I installed the cert (I just OK'ed the install all the way through) closed and reopened the browser and still the same.

I tried this on IE v11 and got this

What do you have under [Management] >> [System Settings] >> [Hostname]?

The certificate will only validate for the FQDN in that field, not just the short name.

It was previously just the server name, but this morning I added the FQDN and then when back into 'webadmin settings' and 'https cert' then, 'import ca cert' then installed, but still the same :(
