Sandstorm not working?

Hi,

we have bought the sandstorm license last december and activated it (Email Protection -> SMTP -> Malware -> Malware scanning -> Enable Sandstorm is checked).

Now when we look at the Advanced Protection statistics we only see two Suspicious files (for EMail and Total), but non send for analysis. Also if we look at Advanced Protection -> Sophos Sandstorm -> Sandbox Activity, ther is no data to display.

How can we check if sandstorm is really working, or do we have to configure more? There is a firewall inbetween the connection to the internet, does the sandstorm feature require more more than port 80 and 443?
