Configure 2 Internet Connections and 2 LANs

Current configuration is 2 x LAN connections going through 1 WAN.

I need to reconfigure this so LAN1 goes through WAN1 and LAN2 goes through WAN2 (new internet connection). Both LANs still need to see each other locally.

The WANs will be completely separate with there own static IP and will need to process Exchange connections, web traffic (through Web Protection) etc...

If this is possible can someone please point me to the correct documentation to instruct me how to do this.
