Yesterday we updated a few clients to 8.203 and were interested in reviewing the ASG status reporting back to ACC.
Two ASG clients have had a problem with the ACC reporting since the upgrade and we have opened a support incident for them. The key words were ' timer2 -> module x not executing: denied by role'. We are waiting for an answer to this.
About half of the other systems report as logged in, but they fail to update information in the ACC. For instance the version number has not incremented, and the pending update still shows as being available for update. The connection shows as up. Did not see these issues before.
Hopefully it will keep all of the information when my ACC changes its IP address
