No devices in ACC

Hello,

i have configured two ASG to communicate with ACC. in ACC dashboard i see "Gateway Manager is active with 2 of 2 devices" but i can't manage this devices. What make i wrong?

Hello augum,

what exactly do you mean by "can't manage"?
Do you see the 2 devices as being online?

Perhaps your user doesn't have sufficient access rights as here.
