Errors when connecting ASG V8 to ACC V2.1

Hi,
when i try to connect my first fresh installed ASG V8 to my working ACC V2.100 there is an error and its not possible to connect :

all other ASG running 7.505 or 7.506 are running well with the ACC.  [:S]

    Hi,

    could you please check the packetfilter.log on the ACC itself? Maybe you have put up very granular Allowed network settings within the Device Security configuration of the ACC?

    If not, are there any intermediary firewalls or routers within the path from your V8 to the ACC?

    Hi Megaposer,
    thanks, it works, i never noticed the packetfilter-log on the ACC. One look into it showed me the failure, it was a wrong NAT-Rule on the ASG.
