[1.902] VLAN NICs not shown in Gateway Manager [FIXED]

Hi,

I have an ACC 1.902 installed and several ASG 7.305 integrated. 

In the Device Monitoring Details I can only see the Ethernet Interfaces eth0, eth1, eth2. The interface eth4 is an Ethernet VLAN Interface with 3 VLANs but this is not shown in the ACC. 

Is there a problem  with VLAN Interfaces in the ACC?

    thanks for your report.

    Right now we are not aware of any issues regarding VLAN interface monitoring.

    If you could kindly supply the following pieces of information from the device in question:



    • contents of /etc/active_interfaces
    • contents of /etc/sysmond.ph
    • contents of /etc/agent/cache.dump (*)

    (*) you get this file by calling 

    # /var/mdw/scripts/nextgen-agent dump

    Confirmed, will be fixed in upcoming 7.390 Beta release and 7.400 Final.

    Test confirmed, now it works. 

    I have an ACC Version 1.903 and in my Lab environment a ASG 7.390 and I can see all VLAN Interfaces in the Device Monitoring and all other views.
