RED15 UDP 3410

Right now my company just moved to a new UTM and we upgraded a few REDs to the RED15rev1. I read in the documentation that you needed to allow UDP3410 so it can communicate properly.

Would we need just create a service definition for this port and allow it in the firewall rules in the UTM or would we need to actually allow this on our networks firewall?

Thank you!

Jack
