Ebay RED 10 Unlock code

Hej,

i buyed a Sophos RED 10 Rev. 3 from a company on Ebay. The RED -ID is A3200F903722965. The company do not habe the unlock code. Is it possible to get a new one?

The company should have the unlock code in an old configuration backup. If they cannot get the code for you, you should have the company refund your money - the RED is worthless without it.
