RED 15 restart loop

Hi@all

we have a customer which have a RED 15, with Verison 9.3502 on a virtuell Appliance. The RED 15 is in a restart loop. When we restart die virtuell UTM than die RED 15 can establish a tunnel. After some Hour we get this error.

After a reboot, the tunnel can be established for some hour.
Have someone an idea??

  • There is no difference between the SW and HW versions except that the hardware version only contains the drivers for the devices on the HW appliance.  More likely is the link to Michel's blog above or some other misconfiguration.
