I am struggling with a weird problem using an ASG 220 (FW 9.315-2) together with a brand new RED50. It is the only RED50 we are using at the moment, the other ones are RED10.
So, I configured the RED50 in standard/split - mode and gave it full access to our LAN, just like all the RED10 are configured.
Now as I click on "RED Management" in my UTM 9 - interface, the RED50 is displayed offline, claiming to be last contacted xyz minutes ago. The RED-livelog also refuses to spit out any information about the affected RED ID. It completely ignores the existence and the online state of this RED.
The funny thing about this: despite the fact of being claimed offline, the RED50 works just fine.
So, in the end this is not a too big problem, but I do of course wonder where this issue comes from and if there's a chance of solving it.
