Reset Red50 / Connect to other UTM [Solved]

Hi,

I purchased a used Red50 on eBay. The configuration in the UTM worked fine, as the seller hav provided the Code. Now I wanted to connect the RED50 via internet, but it does not connect. On the display it shows the old UTM address and does not go on. I also waited some 10 minutes but it always shuts down and restarts. 

Any clue how to reset the RED50 or conntect to the new UTM?

    I have a RED 10 connected to my UTM320.

    Now I want to remove it from this UTM320 and use i with another location with a UTM230.

    I don't have an unlock code as my colleage already deleted the interface on my UTM320.

    How can I recover my RED 10?
