two tunnels between two utm and one red

I have the following scenario.

Two utm wich have to use the same RED. The RED is our backup network in a datacenter.

Since one year the tunnel between one utm and the RED works fine and our backup works also. Now I want setup the second utm to use the same RED, because this site has also to send the backups to the RED network.

How can I configure this?

I feared that. Ok my solution is to buy a little SG with only network security and to use the RED in an other scenario.
