two tunnels between two utm and one red

I have the following scenario.

Two utm wich have to use the same RED. The RED is our backup network in a datacenter.

Since one year the tunnel between one utm and the RED works fine and our backup works also. Now I want setup the second utm to use the same RED, because this site has also to send the backups to the RED network.

How can I configure this?

  • It is not possible to connect a RED against two UTMs.

You could have a VPN/RED Tunnel between your UTMS or use a Second RED in your Datacenter.

  • I feared that. Ok my solution is to buy a little SG with only network security and to use the RED in an other scenario.

  • You can interconnect both UTM's and then travel through the RED-connected UTM to the RED network if you like, however this doesn't add redundancy of course....
The other option would be to put a SG in the backup location and not the RED.
