RED50 With Static IP

We have a RED50 we're trying to install and the ISP has a modem that provides either static, public addresses or dhcp, private addresses. How can we configure the RED50 with a static IP address for the ISP gateway?

The major point for your scenario being that after configuration of the RED on your UTM, you MUST connect the RED via DHCP once, so that it can pull the config you created from the provisioning server, then it will have the static IP you gave it.
