Hello there!
I am facing a small problem with one of our external offices.
I have just connected them via a new RED10. Due to the fact that they need to be working with our german IP address in their spanish office, I have chosen "Standard/Unified" - mode when adding the RED10 to our ASG 220 (UTM 9.203-3) via Deployment Helper.
After booting the RED, everything seems just fine: the connection is up, the remote computer receives an IP address from the RED and I can even ping it from here in Germany. The problem is: the computer has no internet access. It can neither receive a TeamViewer ID, nor surf the internet and open websites.
I assumed this issue could be caused by Norton Internet Security or other Firewall constructions, but after uninstalling it and disabling the Windows firewall, the problem is still here.
Did I forget to configure something in the ASG?
Please help me out with this, I would be so grateful.
