UTM/RED reboots

So it seems if I add or remove an RED it resets all other active RED's gonnected to my UTM.  Never did this before.  What did they break now?

I also have an RED that now won't connect to a tunnel.  It gets system, router, internet all solid green, flashes green on tunnel, then resets.

I'm trying to use this one from an office that just closed to replace one at an office that suddenly is unable to access the outside world, although the RED seems perfectly happy.

Are these problems consistent with these devices across the board.  Half of them won't configure how they are supposed to.

Biggest waste of money I've ever spent.  =(

My God, does customer support with this company suck!!! If you're considering purchasing a device from this company...DON'T!!!!!

I swear, this guy Johnny Stork is a complete a$$hat. He's condescending and acting like I don't know my arse from a hole in the ground, implying that the obvious reason that the source of this issue (an RED that won't connect to a tunnel) is inside the network, and it will only connect from outside. I told him it was outside when it broke. He insists it's a port issue. So Mr. Apple Genius, why do 7 other REDs connect fine????? Dipshit!

Still far from pleased with customer support. I hate people that are supposed to be there to help you that do nothing but belittle you when you're already providing them all the information and more than they are asking for.

Jeepfiend, what version - 9.111-7?

If you've searched the forum, you know that these problems aren't occurring with others. Did your reseller open a ticket with Sophos Support, or did you do it with a phone call because you have Premium Support?
