RED10 won't connect

Hi there,

One of our REDs, that has been running fine for the past months, suddenly won't reconnect after we had put it offline for a couple of moments.

This is the error log:

Have you guys ever heard of this?
I would be so grateful if someone of you would help me out with this.

Thank you very much!

BR
Sebastian

  • Rebooting the ASG solved the issue. Sorry for posting here before trying every option first, but rebooting the ASG is not what I do love the most on workdays / before everyone has gone home. :-)
  • Sebastian, the next time, try disabling/enabling the RED definition in the UTM before rebooting.  Give it about 10 minutes before deciding to reboot.

    Cheers - Bob
