RED 10 connectivity issue

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can assist with the following issue I'm experiencing with a RED 10 device.

Sophos UTM firmware: 9.108-23

Port 3400 is open at the firewall in front of the UTM and the firewall in front of the red.

For comedy reasons I've also turned the devices off and on again.

Below is a copy of the logs

  • Hi, Carmichael, and welcome to the User BB!

Is this a new UTM/RED, or one that had been working before?

If a hard reboot of both devices didn't change things, write down the unlock code, delete the RED definition and then re-enter it.  Wait about 10 minutes and then power cycle the RED.  Any luck?

    Cheers - Bob
