we had 30 Red10 with DIA internet connection with static Public IP. everything was working fine till now just few days back DIA cable was replaced due to some reason from ISP (no changes at configuration at any ISP router) at two branches and both of them disconnected.if we connect modem between DIA connection and RED 10, RED 10 connect through DHCP (LAN IP getting through modem) but when we try direct public IP on the same DIA it keep on router light blinking and after a while System light gets red, even unable router light is not solid.
