question about red device

hope this is correct section let me know if not.
I have a red 10 hooked up between a remote office and main office. 
Version 9.004-34 at main site  (how can you tell what version red is)
it is setup in standard /split  , they have a very fast cable modem so i wanted there web to pull from them and just route traffice for directed to us down the vpn.

i have two providors at main site, the one i hooked to them went down,  and this caused there internet to go out. i would have thought only they can't talk to us?

1) is this correct  or should i do transparate/split  ( i didn't want to have to have a dhcp server out there)
2) how can i put in a second address in so if first line goes down it falls to second one

sorry for newbie questions but i'm new to red not new to astaro

    Andreas, I think my suggestion confused you about the original question, or, are you saying that the RED can't "call" the UTM over the wireless connection?

    i didn't want to print picture to much confidential
    but i have the utm host name is my dns name for line 1
    then they have static address and appropriate settings including there dns server, also only gives one spot (i have another dns server the isp gave me can that be typed in somewhere)

    the next line is standar/split

    next i have selected my vlans i want them to have access to . if you need more than that let me know.

    I use godaddy for my dns, i will skinny down the time to live to 5 min than i can change it to my line two address, but i don't know how to make it autofailover, (the dns wont fail)

    thanks for you input and for moveing post i will go read more about the red devices.

    Also how can you see the firmware on the red, is there and ip address i call up at remote office?
