I'm installing a RED to reach my ASG 110, everything's fine in ASG but I've an issue with my RED. The tunnel is blinking for a while and the RED reboot.

Is the upstream device (cable modem, etc.) providing DHCP to the RED? Can you check the upstream router, etc. to see if it's assigning an IP to the device? It can't "phone home" without an IP, valid Gateway, and valid DNS to lookup red.astaro.com to get its initial configuration.
