Red security control

So i setup a red to use split tunnel and its working great. 

I can see everything on my office network and my office network can see everything on my network. 

i want to continue to see everything on my office network.  How do i limit it so that no one in my office can scan my network.  i want only RDP , file transfer and icmp ping to work back to my home network. 

by the way i have an ASG home edition at home.

    So for split tunnel 
    The wan port connects to my network and gets a DHCP address
    the lan port is connected to my network and i assign a IP for my network on the  work ASG.

    my home ASG forwards requests for my work subnet to the lan port and then the response comes back over the tunnel on the wan port.
