Errors on Install...

I just received a new RED and activated in our ASG.  I'm getting errors.

I am getting "Invalid Object Parameter."  
It will then drop me back to the screen where I can press "Save" again.  
If I hit Save again, I get "Error generating RED client certificate."

I'm at a loss.  Maybe I'm configuring something wrong?

My ASG in the home network has an external IP of 209.***.***.***
ASG Internal IP is 192.168.1.1

In the Add RED Appliance:
Branch Name: [somename]
RED ID: A30************
ASG Hostname: 209.***.***.*** [External IP of ASG]
Quick Remote Network Setup: Checked
BASE ASG IP: 192.168.1.1

Am I missing something here?  It seems pretty straightforward.

Any help would be appreciated.
