Sophos RED 50

I'm having issues getting my new RED 50 device connected. I have the device set up in Sophos XG, but when I power it up It starts up with the RED ID > Network Setup > Try wan1 > Try Prov. Server > Try wan 2 then it shuts down and comes back up with the same message over and over again.

I saw another post about this issue, but it did not lead me to the right solution. Can anyone help with this issue?

Was this device connected to another firewall before?

It has not the device is brand new.

You say "Sophos XG", but post in the UTM forum.

RED 50 is EoS (almost EoL) and said to be "subsequently removed" from Sophos Firewall a.k.a. XG, see here.

For the Sophos UTM it's definitelly supported, for the Sophos XG it depends on the release used (should work till 18.5).

Do you see any connection attempts in the firewall log?
