RED (vlan-sub-) Interface not added to interface table after RED down (therefore routing is not possible)

Hello everybody,
has anyone seen similar before ... and can offer a solution?
I have a SG where the RED-VLAN-Subinterfaces are not added to interface tabe afer RED was offline. The same after manually disabling the RED for some minutes.
After reenabling the RED Device i only have the following entry:
57: reds14: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN group default
link/ether 00:0d:f6:8f:88:dd brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
after disabling and reenabling the Interface bound to this RED i got an additional entry:
58: reds14.3160@reds14: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UP group default
link/ether 00:0d:f6:8f:88:dd brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
inet 172.28.150.161/28 brd 172.28.150.175 scope global reds14.3160
valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever

Within IP-Routing table i miss the enries too.

So i have to disable the Interface before the Network behind RED is usable again.

FW: SG 9.705 RED50

Thanks, Dirk
