It's difficult to get RED unlock codes because Sophos insists on knowing the device wasn't stolen. If this is a RED that you bought from someone, that person will need to give you the code. If they don't have it, but were the original purchaser, they should ask Sophos for the code.

As mentioned by Bob, you would need to provide ownership of the device.
I would recommend you to open a case with support and send the Company name to which this device is associated with. IF you bought this device from somebody else, then this person should have the RED unlock code.
