Connecting Red to new UTM Device

Hello Community,

 

We are trying to connect a RED 10  to a new UTM 9.509-3 I added it with all needed information and now i get this Error:

Self: Failed to open Private Key error:0906D06C:PEM routines:PEM_read_bio:no start line error:140B0009:SSL routines:SSL_CTX_use_PrivateKey_file:PEM lib

 

Is there anything wrong with the configuration on the UTM?

  • I did the following Google, David, and only this thread was found:

    site:community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/f "Failed to open Private Key"

    I would disable/enable RED on the 'Global Settings' tab to re-initialize RED Management.  Don't forget to backup first and to note the 'Unlock code' f the RED 10 before you do that.  Any luck with this?

    Funny thing: resetting the RED Management actually worked.

    Did you try turning it on and off again? xD
