UTM mislabelling US-based IP addresses - blocking them.

I just found that the firewall is blocking US-based IP addresses with the (GEOIP) tag.
I found several instances of ping traffic from ByteDance at 147.160.181.250.
I checked other GeoIP services and they confirm this is US\California based.

I don't know how widespread this is.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Not clear if it's a concern.

No, I think it's ByteDance in Palo Alto.
It shouldn't be blocked. I guess I wasn't clear.
The Geolocation service of the UTM is blocking this traffic when it shouldn't.
