DHCP option code for different scopes

Yes, that's possible. As long as both scopes (192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24) are defined under Network Services > DHCP > Servers.

You would configure it similar to image below:

That is exactly what I am trying to achieve. But it seems I am missing those options:

UTM SG330 frimware: 9.504-1

Is it maybe part of some functionality that i need to enable?

Do the options shown change if you select the required entries from the dropdown boxes (for example, if you select "server" in the scope option, do you then see the Server dialog?
